The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, there's even a vanity table. The aircon worked fine and we had the perfect temperature. The water pressure in the showers was sufficient and they provided enough towels and shampoo. The wifi was super fast too. I asked for an additional frying pan, washing liquid and laundry detergent and they immediately helped. We didn't know how to operate the TV, and after calling reception, we had someone come sort it in two minutes. The location is great too because there are restaurants, patisserie, shops within walking distance. And a taxi to other areas in Amman is 10-20 minutes away at a cost of 2-4 dinars.

Staff was incredibly helpful and supported me with all the arrangements even before I arrived. The staff were kind and professional, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. I’d be happy to stay here again!

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Ahmed made me feel very comfortable. Never felt so welcomed before while checking in. Appartment itself is very decent in a good location close to jet bus and airport shuttle. Would definitely recommend.
