Everything was clean. Big fridge, kitchenette, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine available as well as space for drying (using the heating in the bathroom). I like how the toilet is separated from the bath room. Guidebook explaining well how to use the different appliances. Staff are super nice and friendly. TV is wide and different channels available (YouTube, Netflix etc)

Comfortable Accommodations: 竹橋別邸 in Nagoya offers aparthotel-style accommodations with free WiFi, air-conditioning, and private bathrooms. Family rooms and ground-floor units provide added comfort. It was big apartment, 7 beds for 4 of us in three bed rooms, we used one of them as our wardrobe. Price was similar to other places but this was really big compared to other similar prices hotel rooms with 15 sq meter space. Very clean, automated system, Amenities were there. Super clean place and walking distance to Nagoya station. We extended our stay by 1 night.

We had a fantastic stay, just a 10-minute easy walk from Nagoya Station, which made everything super convenient. Check-in was quick and smooth and the lady at the front desk was lovely and welcoming. Our room was impressively large, with four big beds that were perfect for our family. The bathroom and kitchen were both spacious, modern, and nicely decorated. The big TV was great for the kids and we were able to connect to Netflix so they could wind down in the evenings after being out all day. There were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby and other train stations were only a few minutes’ walk away. We stayed here mainly to visit Ghibli Park and this hotel made a perfect base for that trip.
