It was easy to get around from the location and there were many restaurants and Family Marts, 7-11s close by. We loved the large walk in closet, the kitchen and the washer. We highly recommend!

We had a large apartment with all modern facilities provided for 7 days. We were on the 10th floor with a wrap around balcony which gave us 280 degree views of the ocean, Kii Mountains and Shirahama town. The complex is very new so all accessories were in very good order. The bath for a Japanese facility was very large and thus used often. We chose this apartment complex because of it's location to the beach, supermarket and onsens. We especially enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and everything necessary for that was provided.

The room was spacious, had a very nice bathroom with separate toilet and the cleanliness was exceptional. Very quiet also. There was a coin operated washing machine and dryer as well that was very handy. The location was nice, authentic Japanese neighbourhood with walking distance to the main shopping street.

Heating works well. There's a washing machine - there's no dryer but the bathroom has a dehumidifying clothes drying setting that dries your clothes in a few hours. Better than a dryer as it doesn't shrink your sweaters! The staff is lovely. The building is a short easy walk to the train station. Great value for money. We'd definitely stay again.
