We had a large apartment with all modern facilities provided for 7 days. We were on the 10th floor with a wrap around balcony which gave us 280 degree views of the ocean, Kii Mountains and Shirahama town. The complex is very new so all accessories were in very good order. The bath for a Japanese facility was very large and thus used often. We chose this apartment complex because of it's location to the beach, supermarket and onsens. We especially enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and everything necessary for that was provided.

The best part was the availability of the staff: we made a mistake with our booking and they were able to help us out and save our trip. The property offers soundproof units and is situated less than 1 km from Kanshizume of Wells. The property was lovely! The location is walking distance to many attractions and facilities, such as shopping areas, restaurants, stations and so on. The rooms were also very clean and had convenient utilities such as a washer and utensils. The balcony view was lovely at all hours of the day too! The coin lockers in the lobby/entrance area were very helpful too in handling my party’s luggages after check out. Also, even though there was no staff present, the check in/check out processes were easy to manage. Overall, a really nice location to stay at :)

Spacious rooms at Fraser Nankai come with an LCD TV, and washing machine. They have a well-equipped kitchenette. Exceptional location right next to Namba Station. Room decor was simple yet elegant and our room (Queen apartment) was much roomier than expected! In-apartment washing machine a plus.

I liked the mini kitchen and the location, close to grocery store and subway station. The AC was working well. A clothing washer was provided along with detergent. It's a perfect hotel for family.
