The room was spacious, had a very nice bathroom with separate toilet and the cleanliness was exceptional. Very quiet also. There was a coin operated washing machine and dryer as well that was very handy. The location was nice, authentic Japanese neighbourhood with walking distance to the main shopping street.

Heating works well. There's a washing machine - there's no dryer but the bathroom has a dehumidifying clothes drying setting that dries your clothes in a few hours. Better than a dryer as it doesn't shrink your sweaters! The staff is lovely. The building is a short easy walk to the train station. Great value for money. We'd definitely stay again.

Close to supermarkets, sentos etc. The room was not big but somehow very comfortable. Wood equipment and supplementary products (oil, salt, great coffee). Would definitely come back.
