There are oven and microwave which was very good when you need to pack food from the Family mart. Amazing staff.. Best in all of my japan trip. I stay in 5-6 hotel/resort.. this is my kids favourite. Very comfortable..The shared washing and dryer machines are very helpful as well. Once again, amazing staff. 10/10 because of the staff there.

The one we stayed in had 4 bedrooms plus one huge living room that was very well decorated. There were two bathrooms and an in-house Onsen at the inn. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic tools to cook such as a rice cooker, and a medium-sized stove, utensils. Even though the suite is located inside the inn, we still felt very private. All the rooms and the living area had good heaters. The door code and check-in instructions were provided via message on Booking.com. Overall, we were very happy with the stay!

The staff took us to slopes, restaurants and supermarkets They are wonderful and really make this place special. The location is convenient, set in the Mominoki hotel complex with walking access to the Pub and Izakaya Kaz, Rythm rental. You can use the Mominoki hotel Onsen at a fee and even book a private family onsen there. Evergreen ski school is only 3min drive and then take you. You can ski back to the apartment from Saka place lifts.

Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!

Looking forward to visiting Hanoi pension again.

I knew Japan was usually cramped, but I couldn't imagine it could be this small. This was my mistake. Never coming back to this area!
