The only downside is that it is a little far from the city but if you rent a car, then it’s not a problem at all. Also, you have to go to another hotel to check in and there’s no staff at the property to assist you if you have problems. My room’s door(room 102) won’t open after we insert the door passcode but after it happens for several times, i solved it out myself by keep pushing the door left and right until it opens.

Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!

Looking forward to visiting Hanoi pension again.
