Really maintained and loved that it was spacious. This was way bigger than my shinjuku hotel. It was very comfortable for 2 people and could fit up to 5. It's also close to a 7-11 and the station is right upfront. Very very convenient for being close to the airport.

The Apartment lives up to its name “premium”. The property is comfortable and very clean. It’s located in a quiet place yet near to supermarkets, convenience stores, eateries and a 10 min walk to train station. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Special mention to Mr. Shresta jn the front desk today. He was helpful with our concerns, especially recommendations to dine. He helped us with our and airport transport reservation beyond his duty hours tonight. We would recommend this place to families and friends. We look forward to return to this property in the near future. Keep up the good work. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was our home away from home the last 7 days.

The location is perfect, a bit far from the station to walk to for me personally but that's because of a disability. I actually liked that it was some distance from main roads as it gave the place a nice neighbourhood feel. And the bus is not far and it takes you to the station in 10 min or so, no big deal. Lots of little local businesses in the area as well which are worth a visit. And Koharu, well she is phenomenal! Attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to share recommendations for a top-notch experience. We loved the area and we would come back in a heartbeat. I've read reviews that remarked on how cramped the space was; it's Tokyo, it's kind of expected! It is very compact, especially the bathroom, but in my opinion very functional and I did not feel like it was even mildly annoying; it was just fine for me. And let's be real, you're not cooking dinner there, but for basic heating up something and having morning coffee is just perfect.
