Not only that, but you were able to Whatsapp the reception with any request. We had an issue where a button on our TV remote was broken. Within 15mins of texting the reception we had a new one brought to our door. Amazing service! There was also a security guard at the main entrance each night, and the cleaners were excellent at making sure each room was spotless. Really don't have a bad thing to say. We really enjoyed our experience :)
