We had requested a room with a balcony in advance, and that’s exactly what we got — with an incredible view of the island. There was a shared kitchen on the floor, and a refrigerator where we could store our food and water. In terms of location, we are two young women and had no trouble walking down the long stairs to the beach, so we wouldn’t consider that a drawback. Shops and the bus stop are nearby — we went to Budva almost every evening. Check-out was by 10 AM, but we were able to leave our backpacks and enjoy some more beach time since our flight was later in the day. There’s a beautiful rooftop terrace at the top of the apartments where we loved watching the sunset. Thank you to the villa staff for the wonderful stay, warm hospitality, and kindness.
