The unit itself was so quiet, which was truly appreciated too! The dedicated staff for iGlobal on-site were magnificent! They responded to big and little questions/issues in record time and always wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The care of the unit was stellar, always spotless with fresh bottles of water too! The work-out area was terrific and always very cold, which was appreciated. The pool area was also stunning, although we did not use it. It was clean and appealing. The location was amazing! We fell in love with Mont Kiara, the restaurants, ease of walking, beautiful foliage everywhere, the coffee shop next door (the best), and the truly kind and generous people. We had zero issue with Grabs and did not venture to try the trains.
