I stayed here for 4 days in a 2-Bed Deluxe Queen Studio. The place is fairly new and about 90% completed, so you’ll still notice some construction activity, but nothing major after the first day. The apartment itself is decent and has most of the essentials you’d expect for a long stay. The washroom was clean, though it doesn’t have a shower curtain, which can be slightly inconvenient. There are no daily housekeeping services, water bottles, or hotel-style amenities, so don’t expect full-service like in a traditional hotel. For me, this was manageable since I preferred the apartment-style setup. Check-in could have been smoother. They suggest a self check-in option, but you’ll only be allowed after paying the RM100 security deposit. This is not clearly mentioned beforehand, so I recommend contacting them on WhatsApp in advance. Hasan is the person in charge of check-ins, he was responsive and helped with the process, but communication could definitely be clearer. However, I personally overheard him speaking with another person and mentioning that he had deceived a customer for extra money, assuming I didn’t understand Hindi. This made me a little cautious, so my advice is stay alert and always confirm things. Another note: if you want a late checkout, it’s RM30 per hour, so plan accordingly. The location can be tricky to find on Grab, since Majestic Residence is still new and not always shown. We usually select Quill Residence and then adjust the pin to get here. With InDrive, however, it worked fine. Once you’re familiar with it, it’s not really a problem. The property is conveniently close to Medan Tuanku KL Monorail station, which makes getting around the city easy. Overall, Majestic Residence is a good option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, apartment-style stay in Kuala Lumpur and don’t mind the lack of hotel services. It’s clean, modern, and well located, but communication and clarity around check-in, deposit, and amenities could be improved.
