The host has been very helpful. We are very grateful to get such an amazing host. We were very touched because, as a foreigner who travelled miles, faced some difficulties. But amazed with our host , who fulfilled all our requirements. Who willingly answers our calls and messages immediately. The location is in the most strategic place. We had only a walk tour for the entire 4 days we were in Tromso.. All the tour companies are near to this homestay. I have no words I can keep writing because the entire 4 days of stay here, it gave such a home good feel, especially with the very accomodative host. Love Bispegata. Wished to travel again here. ❤️❤️❤️

At the aparthotel, every unit has bed linen and towels. What a wonderful place! It sits in a small village literally at the end of the road, set between beautiful hills and facing another village across the fjord, which is the most pictureque setting imaginable. Very quiet and peaceful, but not lonely, which I appreciated a lot as I was travelling alone. I knew people would look out for me, and that I could call anytime I needed anything. The rooms are modern, new and well appointed, the bed was excellent, very big with a new, comfortable mattress and super cosy. The bathroom was modern with a floor level shower and nice floor heating - just the thing after a night out trying to catch the aurora. There's a shared kitchen with a nice place to sit and a coffee machine which became my best friend as I was out chasing northern lights every single night. 😂 The kitchen is super useful and has everything you could ever need. The owners, Kjersti and Lars, are wonderful and helpful, I felt right at home with them and I was sad to leave. But I'll be back! It doesn't get any better if you like scenery, northern lights, peace and quiet and comfort.

Heating was great and also the kitchen was fully equipped to cooking during our stay, given that restaurant prices are expensive. It is just 10 min by walk from the city center. There is a supermarket close by. And it is very close to the bridge to get to the cathedral and the cable. I really liked this place. Fully recommend

The apartment is right in the city center of Tromsø—walking distance to almost everything. Self-check-in and checkout were smooth and convenient. The place was very clean, with complete kitchen amenities, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine with detergent, which was super helpful. The kitchen and living room were spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked well. A few downsides: no toiletries provided (bring your own), no elevator (though we were lucky to be on the first floor—thanks!), no wardrobe and fullbody mirror, and the bedroom was quite small, so we kept our luggage in the living room. Overall, a comfortable and practical stay—highly recommended for short stays in Tromsø!
