The room was great. Bed was super comfortable and having a clothes washer and dryer was exceptionally nice as it was day 12 of a 14 day holiday. The hotel was located in the main part of town making it easy to walk everywhere including the beach.

Everything is good and well set up. We love the place. Host is very friendly and we are able to wash our 1-week clothes here with no worries. I definitely want to stay 1 or 2 nights more if I have more time. The beach is just across the road. Beautiful and wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Full kitchen with everything you need.

Located in Papamoa, Pacific Palms Resort offers a year-round outdoor pool and a hot tub. All units have a satellite flat-screen TV and either a balcony or a patio. No breakfast because it was an appartement. Spacious appartement, modern, comfortable, nice view into the garden, nice swimmingpool, very clean. The sea was not far away.
