The apartment was gorgeous with all the facilities. The place is very quiet, easy to find. The staff was very nice and made sure that we had all we needed. Fabulous place (3 nights!)

The luxurious Village Lake Luxury Apartments are centrally located Hanmer Springs village centre only a few hundred metres from the popular thermal pools and the main street with shops, cafes and... this apartmennt is an excellent choice, it is truly spacious, very comfortable, amazing view, the equipment of the kitchen is very sufficient, everything you need (I maybe only missed a scale), all was clean. We enjoyed the fireplace (during christmas), spa bath, having brekky on the balcony, all quiet. The apartment is close to the center and you can start some small neighbourhood hikes there. Generally we were very happy with our apartment selection and we very much enjoyed our stay.

They even gave us a ride to the start of the Kaikoura Peninsula trail. We hardly gave them any notice about wanting to go but they were so accommodating and wonderful! They gave us a lot of tips for activities and helped us make dinner reservations for restaurants that were quite hard to get on a weekend. Just top notch - we've stayed in 5 star luxury resorts and the level of personal touch and service at Shearwater was very comparable! Of course the room is an apartment but the view, the amenities, the personal touch is part of the charm!

Apartments 118 is within 5 minutes' drive from the Christchurch city centre. Free WiFi and parking is provided. The accommodation is air conditioned and features a seating area. Spacious room, great location, very clean and neat.

Close to the water, easy to get to, spacious, warm when we arrived, clean, friendly, helpful & knowledgable staff. Plus the thoughtful touch of a small amount of milk left in the fridge for a coffee or two the next morning was lovely & unexpected.

Clear Ridge Apartments feature self-contained accommodation with spectacular views of the alpine surroundings. The property is a 2-minute walk from the main village and the thermal pools. top floor apartment had a beautiful view of the sun setting over the mountains. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was a great sizeable layout. amazing location close to the medical center (of whom exceeded epectations) and 150m to the pools and main township.
