Quiet, Clean and Comfortable Room and Bed. Location good easy walk to the Lake front, Shops and Restaurants. Reception and Staff friendly and helpful. The small kitchenette and BBQ great for self catering. Good starting point for a day trip to Milford Sound. Hot Tub was a real treat at the end of the day. Overall Very Good Value Accommodation.

Location & able to park car when not staying there. Good for self catering. Being instantly refunded by receptionist after our 2nd load of laundry didn’t dry properly (used a different dryer to 1st time!).

Great location, beautiful views of the lake (upstairs studio) and a short walk into the town centre. Everything you needed for self catering. Cosy, clean and comfortable.

Lovely on farm location near Te Anou. Excellenct privacy. Very comfortable, modern and meticulously clearn. Outstanding breakfast supplies for self catering left each day by the host. Delightful.
