The room was great. Bed was super comfortable and having a clothes washer and dryer was exceptionally nice as it was day 12 of a 14 day holiday. The hotel was located in the main part of town making it easy to walk everywhere including the beach.

The 12-year-old called it "awesome" and said he wanted to live there forever). Two large bedrooms each with a huge ensuite, big well-equipped kitchen and convenient in-chalet laundry. Amazing outlook from large windows in all the rooms. Thoughtfully furnished. Lovely gardens and expansive balconies. A pool house which we didn't use, but good advice from the hosts on the best hot baths in town. Really helpful communication from the hosts, timely and upbeat, nothing too much trouble.

The room was in a beautiful location, directly across from the beach. Was such a relaxing atmosphere- Glynis was such a lovely lady who couldn’t be more helpful, and looked after us for anything we needed.

Located in Papamoa, Pacific Palms Resort offers a year-round outdoor pool and a hot tub. All units have a satellite flat-screen TV and either a balcony or a patio. Our family traveled as our son played in a high intensity Rugby 7s tournament, Pacific Palms was 100% for us. Comfortable, friendly, and the pool and spa used both days to assist his recovery ( added blessing as they are both open till 10pm which is AWESOME)
