Doubtless Bay Villas features views of amazing scenery and long stretches of beautiful beaches. The property is located in northern New Zealand, a 40-minute drive from Kerikeri. I would rate it a 20 out of 10 if possible. The minute you walk in, you feel like a million! Gorgeous view, beautiful interior with everything you need and beyond relaxing. The dolphins swam by twice. The hosts Mark and Jane honoured our request and we were so happy.

Super Place to stay. Friebdly and helpfull manager. The Right Place to relax as well distance to Pahia as well to See Cape Reinga. We World stay longer but it was booked.

Set in beautiful gardens, the property features a hot tub and kayak.... Everything was exceptional. We were plesantly surprised by the layout and space of the apartment, having ample room to spread out and relax. Being right on the beach is a huge bonus and meant it was very scerene and peaceful. The hot tub was great and made star gazing a memorable experience. Host was lovely and very accomodating, easy to talk to and very helpful with local knowledge.

Fantastic central location and next to the water. Fabulous big bed & spacious room, exceptionally clean, with verandah to watch the world go by and see the sun go down. Right over the road, big store selling everything you might need.

Edgewater Palms Apartments is located opposite Paihia's main beach and offers an infinity lap pool set amongst landscaped tropical grounds. Guests enjoy free unlimited WiFi. The location provides an open view of the Bay of Islands and the buildings, and the facilities are relatively new and well appointed like a proper resort. The apartment suite we occupied was spacious with large rooms (bedroom, living room, bathroom, closet & kitchen), and the rooms were very well equipped and clean. Plus, it had an in-suite washing machine and a dryer that were used by us with appreciation. Above all, Tina (the receptionist) was very friendly and helpful, who provided useful tips for sightseeing and graciously allowed us to leave our vehicle in the resort's garage for a few hours after our check-out.

Excellent place of choice and ideal for couples , friends and families.
