The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, ideal for our week-long stay. Very relaxing property surrounded by nature. The location to town and the beach was so central with everything you would need within a short drive or walk. We were advised of the building work that is happening on the property before we booked and the price was discounted to compensate for any inconvenience which was appreciated. The builders were considerate and we weren't impacted too greatly as we were out during the day. We will definitely be returning to Tui and Nikau.

Doubtless Bay Villas features views of amazing scenery and long stretches of beautiful beaches. The property is located in northern New Zealand, a 40-minute drive from Kerikeri. Great views and a short drive from some amazing beaches. Host Mark was super helpful and gave us some great tips on what to do and where to eat.

Perfect location, steps away from everything including the water. Lots of room, with everything we needed. We stayed in #2 and would do so again.

Our apartment was perfect, clean with ample space to move around and comfy beds. Laundry facilities and free parking was a bonus. We were at the back end of the property which was ideal as it was nice & quiet.
