Located in Ohakune at the foothills of Mt Ruapehu, Rocky Mountain Chalets Ohakune provides home away from home accommodation with own parking and decks plus private in room free Wi-Fi with smart TV's.... Very clean and well presented. Bathroom had been upgraded which was great. Spacious chalet with everything you need.

Located alongside the lovely Lake Taupo, Braxmere Lodge offers accommodation with a patio and lake views. Braxmere Lodge Tokaanu is a 10-minute drive from Trout Hatchery and Turangi. Only thing was kitchen lights didn’t work but by no means a downer for our stay as we cooked whilst there was still natural light (evening).

Situated on a picturesque rose garden, Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo is 2 minutes' walk from Lake Taupo and 20 minutes' walk from Taupo City Centre. It is 2.7 km from Taupo Airport. I was visiting for Ironman and it was perfect accommodation. I arrived early and was able to get an early checkin no problem. The photos on line do not do justice to this place. Everything is in good order. Comfortable, clean. Plenty of room and no worries. Next time we will stay longer.

Very easy to locate, excellent amenities, clean, comfortable, strong showers, enough towels to cater for swimming in their excellent heated pool.
