Very clean, hotel is practically new, found that they started 2 years ago, terrace is incredible, great panoramic view of Cusco, breakfast was greate, check out early and got box lunch, they gave a key chain and souvenir, was a nice gift. I really enjoy walking so going from and to plaza de armas was no problem, walking to the hotel was a little steep but no problem, if you have an elderly person or handicap may need a car, thus all was excellent I give it 10 rating. There was a shared living room with hot water to drink coffee at nights, that was great. Room even had small device for heating a little which was greate.

Get coffee elsewhere if you're a coffee snob, but it was perfectly fine if all you needed was the caffeine. The place was clean, quiet, and spacious. We had a hike booked, but I got food poisoning (not from this place!) the morning we were supposed to leave. I spent 16 hours (I counted, it was great) not able to leave the bathroom for more than five minutes. This place is central to everything while being off the main road, so my brother didn't have to go far to find me meds and gatorade. And hey, I can tell you with assurance that the bathroom was not the worst place to spend 16 hours throwing up! Wouldn't do it again, necessarily, but it could have been worse. There are restaurants and museums nearby. The place has the space to allow your party a little privacy if you want it (living room and bedroom, little courtyard). I'd definitely stay here again.

Check- in instructions were very clear and to whoever I was communicating with through in WhatsApp, they were very responsive and kind. It’s a little bit away from the plaza but only about a 30 minute walk and quick cheap uber ride. The place is a bit tight, but is comfy. The washing machine came in very clutch to do our laundry. There was salt in the kitchen and the beds were really comfy. We enjoyed our time here! Walls were a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors but nothing some was plugs won’t fix.

I can't say enough about the mother and daughter proprietors. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and happy. I enjoyed their hospitality for two months.
