Very clean, hotel is practically new, found that they started 2 years ago, terrace is incredible, great panoramic view of Cusco, breakfast was greate, check out early and got box lunch, they gave a key chain and souvenir, was a nice gift. I really enjoy walking so going from and to plaza de armas was no problem, walking to the hotel was a little steep but no problem, if you have an elderly person or handicap may need a car, thus all was excellent I give it 10 rating. There was a shared living room with hot water to drink coffee at nights, that was great. Room even had small device for heating a little which was greate.

Casona La Recoleta is located in the centre of Cusco, close to San Blas Church and Religious Art Museum. Casona La Recoleta offers independent apartments that can fit up to 6 people. The property is superb! Staff were super nice, we stayed one night and left our luggage here for Machu Picchu, when we were back, luggages are already sent our room. Garden is beautifully maintained. Rooms are spacious, cozy, spotless with lots of local decorations. Heaters are provided and the you can find everything you need for the kitchen. Fruits and ingredients for breakfast are provided daily, grocery is 5 mins away. Some reviews mentioned the narrow alley, but it is absolutely normal here in Cusco and don’t worry the uber driver or your tour van still pick you up of drop you off just at the door. Not to mention the location! It is 5-10mins to everything you wanna experience in Cusco(don’t need to climb), but it is very quiet!! You barely hear anything from the street! All in all , a great boutique hotel with tons of cool things and great service in deed! Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about the mother and daughter proprietors. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and happy. I enjoyed their hospitality for two months.

Templo is the best! I’ve enjoyed it so much that I've ended up staying for about 3 weeks in total. Comfortable, clean rooms (good beds), that get made up every day. Lovely, hard working staff who are impressively accommodating. Good breakfast at the top of the building with a lovely view over Cusco. WiFi works well. And the location is good too (about a 20 minute walk to the central square). Thanks, and keep up the great work! 😊

Can’t stress enough on how amazing Cenobia the receptionist is! She booked our bus for Machu Picchu and it was the cheapest than the rest! Rooms are huge and hot water on point ( it’s a thumb rule in Peru I guess to keep the water flowing for a while) When we went for Machu Picchu, we could keep our luggage in the store room too. Rooms beautifully decorated 🦋
