Staff is really attentive and helpful. Supermarkets are also in walking distance so you can cook for yourself. Breakfast is really fresh and good. One bedroom apartment with kitchenette is excellent in terms of space and absolutely exceeds expectations. An amazing hotel really. Felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Definitely recommend for an affordable but excellent stay in the center of Miraflores.

The 2-bedroom aparthotel features a living room with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge, and 1 bathroom with a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are available in the aparthotel. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We booked here last minute and a major reason was having a washing machine in the apartment but the washing machine was one for all the apartments which felt a bit annoying. We both got sick when staying here and moved out a day early, it didn't feel very clean. The walls are grey bricks and curtains brown, it feels like a very miserable place. We asked for a replacement toilet roll, there isn't daily cleaning, and we were told it wasn't included. It says the apartment has a dishwasher but it doesn't exist, it's a sink and fairy liquid. The staff are okay but not super friendly or helpful. The only good thing is the internet connection is excellent. Think about a dingy student flat. It didn't feel like a happy holiday vibe.
