The rustic, yet modernly-equipped wooden studios and apartments at Alma do Pico - Nature Residence all feature a kitchenette and a private bathroom, with a hairdryer. Free WiFi access is available. All include a patio and are surrounded by a green garden area. We loved this place, very close to Madeleine, about 8 mins by car. The chalets are beautiful, well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable. You can really relax in this hotel. In the complex you get a beautiful view of Pico and Faial, so we took some pictures of the sunset. The staff were very friendly and we were able to communicate with them without a problem before our arrival. The room included a basket for breakfast, which was a very nice detail how it was presented. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed only one night but I suggest to stay at least two to really enjoy the place and relax in Pico.
