Place was lovely, very modern clean rooms, everyday cleaning service, air conditioner. We’ve been welcomed with sparkling wine and left with goodbye gift. If you have a birthday, you may count on a sweet surprise. There was a mini bar, kitchen with microwave and electric plate and small fridge, also espresso maker with excellent quality of coffee, kitchen utensils allowed for some cooking. The view showed surrounding hotel and ocean in the distance. I really enjoyed the 2 min. walk to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast because the view is amazing from there. The breakfast offered wide variety of products and meals, with porridge and some things for sandwich ( cheese, ham or marmalade/nuttella, home-made yogurt). There were also couple of positions a la carte and lots of sweet options. Coffee was also of great quality. I can’t comment on most of the meals because I am vegan and none of the meals a la carte was vegan, also it was possible to eat a sandwich only with marmalade or tomato/pepper for me the rest was just cheese and ham. I saw many people including my partner enjoyed that a lot, but if you are following vegan diet it may be cheaper to skip the breakfast option and buy yourself pack of oats and fruits because coffee is in the room anyway. However, the restaurant view was outstanding and I quite enjoyed that restaurant anyway. They always had a plant based milk so at least a porridge and fresh maracuja. The roof jacuzzi looked autor louring but I didn’t used it, bathing robes are included though as well as a daily ticket to natural swimming pools. We preferred a bit more the cachalote pools that were nearby so didn’t use the it but is is a very nice option closer to the hotel. The hotel also offers spa and massage if someone wish, as well as a little cowork area if you work remotely. WiFi was also excellent. In general, it was excellent and I would totally recommend to everyone to stay there.

Located in Funchal, Apartments Madeira Old Town are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the Funchal old town. We had a wonderful one-week stay in this apartment. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. Having free parking included was a big plus, especially in Funchal. The apartment was spotless, very quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise at all, which made it perfect for rest. It’s well equipped with everything essential for a comfortable stay, simple but just what you need. A great choice if you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and convenient base in Funchal.

The apartment was cosy, modern, exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything I needed and more. Located in a quiet residential area, very close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Apart from the balcony, there's also a peaceful sun terrace with gorgeous views. The host was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Situated about a 20 min walk downhill to sea front and restaurants. Lovely views from terrace over harbour and town. Matheus was a dream host from the start. You could believe you were a guest in his own house. The whole place has been fabulously refurbished to a high standard. Impossible to fault. The main attraction though was breakfast.. Best start to a day ever. We will definitely be returning in the near future.
