I think it is ideal for long term staying, again, if you are willing to understand the property is impecably thought and taken care of and needs a tenant to measure. Really a rare gem in the entire country, to be honest. A pet friendly policy would make me come back more often, but it is understandable since no every pet owner is responsible enough to bring in behaved dogs that can care for the space. Nevertheless, against a higher deposit, maybe dog owners could have a chance on a case by case basis, as they do even at the Ritz.
