The room was large and clean, lots of room for hanging and storing clothes. VeVey is a small, owner run hotel, just a few blocks from the fabulous, glitzy, Icon Siam Mall. It’s a great location for tourists as the mall is on the river and many boat tours leave from here. We did a Canal Tour of Old Bangkok, which wasn’t too far from us and was fantastic. We learned and saw so much. And of course we stopped for a foot massage right around the corner from Vevey, on our way back to our room. Note, there is a cute little art filled cafe just a couple doors down from Vevey, good coffee.

The manager/owner went out of her way to be helpful at check in as I had a very bad transportation experience from the airport which was not her responsibility at all. Breakfast was great and so were the 2 pools on the property. I liked the location - off the beaten path and quiet, but a very easy walk to the main road for meals and to the beach. I felt comfortable walking by myself in the evening.

The owners were incredibly thoughtful and kind, the large room was spotless with lots of shelving to put things on, wifi worked great, beds were wonderful and the location a dream! Der and his wife also operate a little connecting restaurant; the food is absolutely delicious. Thank you as well for taking us to the airport; it meant so much 🥹
