All the staff are super friendly, but Kâzım at Ulu, was especially helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. There are supermarkets and local restaurants within walking distance.

Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym. For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach. Generally peaceful and quiet.

The hotel is clean and newly renovated. Rooms are cleaned daily upon request. Clean towels and sheets were provided, and the service was excellent. Front desk manager Yasin and his team were very helpful. I want to thank them very much. Be sure to try the restaurant downstairs. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount. Everything was perfect.
