The apartment was spacious and had more than enough room for me to feel comfortable and at home. The property was very clean, and the kitchen had all the necessities to cook a meal.

The facilities are substantial. There is a dedicated room filled with washers and dryers for guest to use for free. Gym are available too. There are function rooms and shared kitchen to use in several floors. The room is spacious. We were a family of four with both our son and daughter already adult. We occupied Studio plus and it was nice. Coffee maker, utensil, microwave, iron and board, fridge are all there. They do have balcony too. We stayed for 5 nights to find a bigger room from the previous place in upper Manhattan to accomodate our daughter which came after and we love our choice. In fact, we are supposed to move to other hotel in the upper part but decided to come back to this place after our visit to Boston

The room was available and they let us check in early for no fee (unlike many chain hotels I’ve stayed with recently). Whenever we needed something, they responded quickly and with a great attitude. The furnishings might not be the most chic, but I find them in keeping with the spirit of the building and they were not shabby nor deteriorating. Everything was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The size of the apartment was fantastic for us (2 adults and kiddos ages 3, 5, 7). The location was fabulous for us- easy walk or subway ride to so many historic and cultural aspects of the city. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
