The apartment was great! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washer & dryer and all the towels/toiletries supplied. The location is ideal, outside the city but well connected. Only a quick bus or ferry trip away from either south Manhattan or the bus terminal which is around the corner from Times Square. The apartment is very secure with both a key code main building door and key code lock on the apartment door. James who assisted with our check-in and the lead up was very helpful. We didn’t spend too much time in the apartment as we were out in the city most of the days but the time we did spend was great! The area of Hoboken is very quiet and friendly so it was great to come back and relax after being in the city. The main street is only a 20 minutes walk and has lot of shops and places to eat too if needed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rebook if we visit New York again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything is updated. The condo opens directly to the sundeck, with beautiful views of the ocean. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. John, our host, was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. We look forward to staying again.

First floor was very convenient. My son enjoyed heading out the patio door and to the lift while I finished up and went out the main door.

O Beachcomber Resort está convenientemente localizado na praia de 11 km, em Avalon, Nova Jérsia. The outdoor pool patio set up with the bbq grilles, TV and fireplaces was exactly what our group needed. Loved how easy it was to walk to the beach.

The access instructions were simple and clear; we didn't have to do anything additional other than arrive and settle in. The photos match the space: it's large, comfortable, and very well-equipped, plus it's an excellent location for the Mountain Creek Water Park.
