Modern, elegant and very pleasant apartment. A beautiful view from the 15th floor of the apartment practically the entire Miami Beach skyline and the downtown in the distance. Very close to the beach, in the area of many different shops and restaurants. Restaurants are not in my standard and quite old, but everyone has their own taste. The building is completely new, very well designed, elegant, clean. Staff very helpful. The room is very well equipped. The kitchen is equipped with practically everything you could want, including a toaster, stove, blender, etc. The room is also very spacious, it also had extra towels and bed linen provided. The bathroom is fully equipped. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Located 10 minutes' walk from Dadeland Mall in South Miami, this property offers fully-furnished, apartment-style accommodations. An outdoor swimming pool is on site. They upgraded our room so we had spacious place to ourselves. Location was amazing - u can cook plus uber eats options were good. Staff were friendly and handled my package delivery from overseas.

From the start to finish, everything was flawless. The units at the hotel are even better than the photo- impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with beautiful natural light. The location is fantastic in Miami Beach (BE). It’s quiet and charming street but just a 5 -10 minutes walk to the beach. Surrounded by different coffees, grocery shops, restaurants and pharmacies. Communication with Barb was prompt and friendly. The checking instructions were clear, and they quick to offer recommandations when we asked. Highly recommended: small family with young children, couples, solo travelers, anyone who looking for a peaceful, well-connected base to explore Miami.
