Nos ha gustado mucho este hotel, el personal, tanto Celina como Hang, son encantadoras. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del Old quarter, pero fuera del bullicio de esa zona. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y agradable. Las vistas al lago son impresionantes. Merece mucho la pena alojarse en las habitaciones con vistas al lago, los atardeceres desde el balcón y la terraza de la última planta son espectaculares.  El poder usar la lavadora y secadora del hotel es muy conveniente. Volveremos alojarnos en este hotel, sin ninguna duda, cuando volvamos a Hanoi.

What a special experience staying here! The rooms are above a cool cafe full of beautiful art with the best coffee we had in Hanoi. The room itself was large and gorgeous, very comfortable bed. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the hustle and bustle of the city below. It felt like we were a part of the true city and not a tourist trap. Staff were wonderful, you can tell so much love and care goes into this place. We only stayed for one night passing through but this will be the first place we will look to stay anytime we are in Hanoi!

The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. I originally booked for 4 days and extended my stay there for another 9 days. I loved the location, near to West Lake and in a local area, with lots of coffee shops nearby, especially the small one in the same lane as the apartment building. I had coffee there every day. I would very happily stay there next time I am in Ha Noi, and have already recommended it to friends.

Spacious, clean and great location - nice to be out of the busyness of the Old Quarter but close enough to walk to. Our host Le was so helpful and lovely - she helped us with anything we needed from booking tours to providing support when our credit card stopped working. We really appreciated the exceptional service.
