We especially took advantage of the washing machine. There is a restaurant but be aware that it isn't open for dinners. You must also be prepared and bring your food as any shops are not close. The receptionist was extremely helpful about the region. Inside you can find all what you just can imagine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TV's, even the iron! All is brand new. Owner is very helpful and friendly person. We were late for check in, but he was waiting for us, help with registration and also let us late check out without any additional fees.
