The apartment was beautiful and big. It had everything in that we needed during our stay. Also had access to Netflix, prime etc. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was done out lovely. We had plenty of space. The people who ran it were amazing. The location is perfect in the centre of krems. Smile apartments also offer free parking which is just a 2 min walk from the apartment. Would 1000% come back.

Lovely and spacious apartment right in the middle of town. It was perfect and it was absolutely fantastic to be able to use a washing machine. We parked our bicycles at another Smile property just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Large, comfortable, perfectly equipped apartment located in the charming house in the heart of Krems, which is a really beautiful town very close to Wachau wine region. Host provided with clear instructions prior to arrival. In fact, the description of the accommodation reflects the reality – I would even say it exceeded my expectations.     Apartment, clean, modern, large. If in previous reviews it was written that something is missing (wine glasses, a mat for the bathroom) everything is completed. View of the vineyards, the castle and partly the Danube. Host very nice, attentive, in the apartment we found apricot jam and nectar - products of the host. Very tasty. Parking without problems right at the accommodation.

    We (a family with two children aged 2 and 12) stayed at the apartment for three nights in May 2024. Our experience, both in the enchanting Wachau Valley and within the apartment, was thoroughly delightful. The apartment was impeccably equipped with all the essentials, and it exuded a fresh, modern, and inviting atmosphere. The contactless check-in was seamless, and convenient parking was provided. We were also impressed by the detailed and helpful instructions from the apartment owners. We highly recommend this wonderful place!

    A clean, comfortable and fully equipped apartment with a separate entrance, located in a peaceful and quiet area. A nice patio and garden overlooking the woods and vineyards. Quick and convenient (via email) contact with helpful and obliging owner. I highly recommend this accommodation.
