The location and view is hard to beat. The unit is called Turtles Hideaway now after a refurb from when it was called Coral Sands. You are mostly tucked away from the hustle and bustle so it does appropriately feel like a bit of a hideaway and Sands Street beach is literally about 10 steps in front of the property. On top of this, you also have the incredible convenience of the local Speightstown amenities about 2 mins walk away with the restaurants and 2 mins walk in the other direction to what we considered the most quiet, peaceful and picturesque beach on the island hands down - Heywoods Beach. The incredibly popular street food stall Caboose is right there at the entrance too! Ashli the owner is very passionate and poured her heart and soul into preparing the spacious property for our comfortability. She is patient and accommodating and has thought of absolutely every single thing you could need for your stay. Things we thought maybe she overlooked were then found new and neatly packed in cupboards waiting for us to use during any weather. One of the room fans stopped working but Ashli turned up in the morning with a brand new, very decent one as a replacement. Her house keeper Sonjia also stops by regularly to service the place if and when desired. She is very nice and has lots of experience of the area. The security of the property also gave us real peace of mind. It has a dedicated, gated parking space at the rear, gates for the front entry and gates covering all the windows. Being a beach property, it is also all completely keyless entry if you want to use it that way. It's worth noting that the property is on two levels, upstairs and downstairs with another penthouse property on top of it; the pics may not show this explicitly. So even though the Baia restaurant obscures the gated view at the bottom, that isn't so much the case from the much wider view upstairs.

An amazing place. Check in was so easy & the room took my breath away it was beautiful (507). The beach & pool were kept tidy & the staff were always at hands with towels. The staff were so welcoming and made our stay. Thank you to everyone at St Peter’s. We will definitely be returning 😊

Don't let these pictures or the neighbourhod area fool you! What an amazing little cottage. The hostess was such a sweet lady. The place has all the amenities you need for your stay. Everything is neatly packed into this place. Don't expect Fairmont Luxury - this is local experience! The locals are super friendly and always came out at night to chat and share some local secrets. 5 min walk to the beaches and the strip of restaurants right near Folkestown Marine Reserve. The music from the main strip is loud in the evenings but tapers off. I highly recommend this place.

After six weeks of backpacking through the Caribbean, I ended up at the Scarlet Studio in Barbados for a few days—and wow, what an experience! My room was absolutely fantastic: spacious, spotlessly clean, and just downright perfect. But what truly blew me away was the kindness and helpfulness of Marsha and Paul (and Alexa too!). Marsha and Paul picked me up from the airport, took me wherever I needed to go, and all I had to do was drop them my location via WhatsApp for a ride back—how amazing is that? Honestly, it doesn’t get any better than this. I’ll definitely be back!

The size of the apartment was incredible. We had loads of space and felt very comfortable. All units are actually 3 bedroom. We booked 2 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom was locked and off bounds, but useful to know as at the time of booking it wasn’t clear how many rooms we had booked.

I loved everything about my stay here. The condos are family run and it has a very homely and welcoming feeling to it. It doesn't feel like you are a customer but one of the household. Excellent location and very close to the beach and other amenities. Will return asap!

Hosts were lovely. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. Ena the cleaner was lovely too. The tortoises were great. It was close to the beach (Mullins). Buses stop outside the property and are regular. It is close to Holetown - by bus. It is close to Speightstown - a 20 minute short walk. All good. The 'condo' or apartment, was nicely furnished and the kitchen adequately equipped.

The rooms appear to be former condominiums that have been repurposed as a hotel. Large open spaces, with big living room and flat screen televisions, large kitchen equipped with plates and appliances. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and offered Molton Brown soaps. There is also a washer and dryer provided, but you’ll have to purchase your own detergent at a grocery store. The pool is nice and seemed well maintained. The property sits on a calm beach.
