THIS APARTMENT IS AMAZING It’s a new apartment everything is well newly renovated and the apartment is well refurbished, it feels homely. All amenities can be found in the apartment. It's a very clean and spacious apartment,recommended for families or group of friends traveling to brussels! Also it's located very near to the central of brussels so it's very accessible to roam around the city. The street felt safe also it's near to a grocery store to buy some necessities . Also there’s one downside is that there’s no heat dryers for laundry however there’s a laundromat about 2 mins walk so it’s all fine. There’s no air conditioner as well however,brussels is already as cold as it is, so there’s no need for that as my family still felt chilly at night despite turning on the heater. Also the host is very helpful and friendly, when we had problems to set up the heater he came with his technician to help set up the heater. Also he always check up on us to make sure everything is well in the apartment, when we request for a broom and dustspan he we went out right away to buy and gave us immediately. He also gave us a list of places to visit in Belgium. A very responsible and dependable host. Our family felt very welcomed and lucky to find this gem to stay. Also this place is a new listing place our family were sus and skeptical at first but our perception changed when we’re there. We felt very safe and comfortable. All the tangibles are in working condition and the household goods are all there. Thank you for the pleasant stay, would come again here if we ever visiting brussels again.

Beautiful apartment near the city center. Everything felt brand new, it looked like the refurbishment had been completed just days before our stay. The king-size boxspring bed was extremely comfortable, the apartment was spotless, and the modern décor made it very pleasant to relax in. The connected TV, fully equipped kitchen, and the stylish shower were real highlights...we especially enjoyed the shower. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very comfortable, well-thought-out apartment in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our stay in Brussels was extraordinary.The place felt very homely and welcoming. It had a spacious kitchen and three double beds,which made it very comfortable for our group. The cleanliness was outstanding,and everything was well maintained. It was definitely worth the price we paid . We had a wonderful stay and highly recommended this place.

The place is super central and well connected to Metro, Buses and sharing services. The apartment is little, but it has all the needed amenities for a short stay. Sam is super welcoming, provided great information and even give a discount code for a meal. communication was super easy and he is very responsive. The flat I stayed in was at the 4 floor of a historical building, but no elevator, so be prepared for some workout :) Upon my arrival, clean bedsheets and towels were available as well as soap/shampoo for the bathroom.
