Our stay exceeded expectations. The Family Premier room had a small living room with a sofa bed, large desk and the bedroom was of decent size. The small kitchen was good for heating up or fixing meals. The apartment was really clean and had a nice city view. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. There were fruits, salads, cold items, hot items - both local and continental, as well as live counter for eggs and noodle soup etc. The items changed every day which kept it even more interesting. Nanjing road was 2 mins away, People square station and park around 5 min walk. Bund was around 20 mins by foot. Hotel is in a quieter location, but near most everything. It's much nicer than the pictures i'm sharing.

Five-Star Experience with Exceptional Service Our stay exceeded all expectations, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. The customer support team was outstanding - highly responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. The apartments themselves are excellent, offering significantly more space and amenities than traditional hotel rooms. Some need a bit of updating, but still beat a lot of 3-4 star hotels I stayed in in China or EU/US. The location is unbeatable, situated just a 5-minute walk from Nanjing Lu and the metro station, making exploration of the city effortless. While the entrance to the apartment complex may differ from Western standards, the entry is very easy once they show you and the security measures are exemplary. The property benefits from security personnel and its location on a bustling street adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. I highly recommend utilizing their airport pickup service. The value is excellent, particularly for groups or travelers with multiple pieces of luggage. This service sets the tone for the exceptional hospitality that defines the entire stay.

I will start off with my delightful experience with the host - Samuel. He was always there when we needed help, it is easy to communicate with him, and he also speaks English! The room itself - amazin view from the last floor, it was equipped with everything we needed for our 2-days stay. The metro is accessible from the building itself. There are also multiple food stores in the building, just before the metro. On the ground floor, we can reach a supermarket, just 1 min away

I have been to Shanghai for several business in a row. This is the best apartment, clean and tidy. There is a super-large living room, and the bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby. The check-in process is very simple and convenient, and the staff is also very enthusiastic. If I hadn't booked a ticket, I would like to stay for a few more days. Thank you, landlord. Xiexie.

The landlord is a very kind person, she asked me if I needed a pick-up service after I booked the apartment, which is very convenient for people with kids! I paid the rent through Alipay, which I didn't know how to use at first, but the landlord taught me, haha. I must say that Alipay is really convenient in China, you can use it anywhere. The landlord also asked me to download WeChat, she will create a very professional WeChat group, and during my stay, she and her colleagues helped me solve many problems in the group! I highly recommend it! The apartment itself is also very beautiful and clean, it's located in the downtown area of Shanghai, so it's very convenient to get around, and we had a very comfortable stay!
