The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was really quiet as well. The bathroom was modern (Japanese toilet). Breakfast was outstanding! And the service both at the restaurant and the reception were really good. Great staff! Finally, location, location, location. A short walk away from Nanjing Road and the metro station at the People's Park. All the buzz and none of the noise. Fantastic stay

We has really an excellent time at the Lemon Deluxe Room due to several reasons. First, its location closed to the main Nanjingstreet gives us easy access to everything from shopping, dinner, foot massage, etc. Next, the apartment with 2 bedrooms is well equipped and comfortable. The excellent point is actually the hospitality and willingness to help of the lady owner who helped us to arrange safe and cheap transfer both from and to Pudong airport at only 300yuan. She also helped us to buy Shanghai team jerseys and extra baggage bags. Basically, she was "always available" to help us whatever we needed. We would highly recommend this Shanghai Lemon Deluxe room to anyone wanting to have a memorable stay in Shanghai like us. We will definitely come back next time. Big thanks to Lemon, the lady owner!

I will start off with my delightful experience with the host - Samuel. He was always there when we needed help, it is easy to communicate with him, and he also speaks English! The room itself - amazin view from the last floor, it was equipped with everything we needed for our 2-days stay. The metro is accessible from the building itself. There are also multiple food stores in the building, just before the metro. On the ground floor, we can reach a supermarket, just 1 min away

I have been to Shanghai for several business in a row. This is the best apartment, clean and tidy. There is a super-large living room, and the bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby. The check-in process is very simple and convenient, and the staff is also very enthusiastic. If I hadn't booked a ticket, I would like to stay for a few more days. Thank you, landlord. Xiexie.

I stayed here after splitting from my travel group and was feeling really nervous being alone in a new country with 10 days left. The host was absolutely amazing! I accidentally booked the wrong dates and arrived early, but he was so kind and made it work without any hassle. The place itself has amazing views and is in a great location — close to shopping centres, cafes, and everything I needed. It was very clean, with toiletries provided, barely any noise, and no strange smells. The host even supplied laundry detergent, which was super convenient. There was plenty of wardrobe space, and the room wasn’t cramped at all — I was able to open both my suitcases comfortably. The bed and pillows were really comfy, and while the bed is on the firmer side, I personally slept really well. Throughout my stay, I had a few issues like no internet access due to my eSIM and needing to buy extra luggage. The host went out of his way to help — recommending luggage shops and even helping me organise a pocket WiFi. Communication was always quick and easy. I feel so lucky to have stayed here — it made my last 10 days stress-free. Highly recommend this place for the incredible hospitality, great location, beautiful views, and overall comfort.

I like this stay very much! I moved here from another hotel, thank the landlord for receiving us! First of all, the location of the apartment is great, it is located in the city center, and you can walk to Yuyuan Garden and Bund, which is really convenient for travelers. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic, always answering any questions I have in time, even helping me when I need to buy groceries, and helping me book a car when I want to go to the airport. The whole experience is very good. The apartment itself is also very clean and tidy! I love it here!

    Modern, well equipped and clean. The apart is spacious and very comfortable. Support is available at all times through WeChat. Close to the metro if you use the side door described in the instructions, and it is very easy to get to the Yu Garden and other tourist places. We would highly recommend this apartment.

    The host met us to give us the property keys, he greeted us and provided an extra bed free of charge for our 10 year old son. The property was fully equipped and located in an area that is surrounded by shops and restaurants (within 10 minutes of walking). Next to the apartment there is the Jade Buddha Temple, which is an impressive place to visit free of charge. The place was clean, the bedsheets and towels were clean.
