The beds are comfy, good shower and excellent location. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants (excellent German restaurant right next door) with moderate prices and the subway and tram are a short block away. We even walked to the centre one day. Flat has everything you need for the short stay, including little well equipped kitchen and balcony, where you can have your meal or drink, if the weather is good. Comfortable bed and additional sofa, if you travel with kid. Maybachufer is a quite residential area with amazing coffee place next to the apartment building.
