    I was visiting TUM campus so the location is perfect. The apartments fit the travel budget of the business trips I’m research, which is good :-) For those visiting Munich, the direct U6 connection to the city is definitely an asset. In the hotel: bar, snacks and some choice of warm food available until 22. Really great!

    I had a nice stay at this apartment. It's spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The tasty breakfasts were a delightful start to each day. Plus, the free billiards added a fun touch.

    Great apartments hotel with all you need at a reasonable price. If you need something at TUM - perfect place to live. Just 30 minutes train to center of Munich. Great basic breakfast, not too much, but fine for me even for 5 nights stay.

    The location was right across from the U-Bahn which made it very easy to get into the city. The apartment also had a kitchen, was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff spoke both English and German.

    It was nice stay. The apartment is big with all needed facilities. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant in Mercury was very good with very nice staff. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice
