Ole welcomed us. He told us interesting facts about Mon's history. It was like entering another era, as if time hadn't moved. The location is wonderful, no neighbours, such a beautiful place. Huge garden full of lovely flowers. We couln't remember having had total darkness somewhere at night, very peaceful.

A unique place with the most friendly hosts. Morten and Liz are wonderful people and made us feel at home. The apartment is huge, bright and so cosy. We really enjoyed spending time in the garden, surrounded by bees (the host is a beekeeper and makes amazing honey), blooming flowers and Pixie, the friendliest dog. Morten know the island by heart and can provide lots of tips and recommendations. Would love to come back and do a night sky tour of Mon.

The location in Stege on the square is both beautiful and practical. With the apartment being upstairs you overlook both the square and the see the water on the other direction. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious, quiet and the kitchen is totally equipped. We had a wonderful stay and were able to travel around Mons during the day. Parking was easy down behind towards the water.
