Everything was exactly the same as described and shown in the photos - for me it's really 5 stars. The apartment was really big, extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, which helped to relax after a long day - we had coffee, tee filters. The location is really centric, everything is nearby, you can find many cafeterias, they open quite early where you can buy food / drink / coffee for good price. We were in Malaga during the Holy Week ( Semana Santa) which is an excellent memory for the family, never seen before. We could see the procession from our windows, it was really amazing. Due to these processions I don't know what the noise level is during "normal" days, this time the fiested ended ~1-1:30am, so it was loud, however we could still sleep well after watching them. Since it's a walking street, there are no noises from cars, however people are walking around pretty late - which can be heard on the 2nd floor too.A nice lady was waiting for us (even arrived a bit later than expected, ~10pm), showed us the  apartment and gave us some hints, advice for the processions, area etc. On the last day we could leave our luggage in another hotel, which was a few mins away only. Thanks Madeinterranea Apartment team for the nice experience and warm welcome, we really enjoyed our stay in Malaga.

It was really beautiful nd central. We were greeted by a lovely girl on reception. The place smelled amazing. It was one of the nicest suites I have ever stayed in. Very modern bd super clean. Well equipped. We were upgraded to very nice suite with balconies. Would definitely stay again. Great restaurants and nightlife nearby so loved tbe area too

It’s a fully renovated apartment that’s equipped with everything you need! A well-equipped kitchen, a very clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. There’s also a patio where you can relax in peace and quiet. We had a car, but the city center is also within walking distance. There’s a supermarket nearby and communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. 100% recommended!

I can currently rate this property at 9.9/10.  In general, the house has been overhauled and everything new has been installed.  There is an elevator.  Everything that is in the description corresponds to reality.  It was nice to spend time there like at home.  Shower, toilet, air conditioner, electric kettle, etc. - functions as it should.  The area is normal, it was quite quiet at night.  The entrance to the house and the apartment is keyless, which is very convenient.  In general, only positive emotions.  When I come to Málaga again, I will book a room here (of course, if the prices do not rise too much).  The only thing I didn't like a little is the lack of a closet or shelves.  Yes, of course there are several hangers for clothes, but it is difficult to organize everything in this way.  It would be nice to have a chest of drawers or a small closet so that you don't make a mess in the room with your things (because some people can come with a whole suitcase of things and they will be hung all over the room and on all the chairs).  I think it would be enough to have at least the simplest one, which does not have a door, but such simple shelves made of empty squares, which are used, for example, as bookshelves, they have different shapes and sizes.  I think it would be convenient.  This is just advice for the owner and in no way a claim.  And one more piece of advice, this applies only to rooms with stairs to the upper floor, I think it is worth providing the metal corners of the stairs with some soft overlays, or at least paint them with yellow or fluorescent paint, or stick some light-accumulating stickers... I think so will be safer and less likely to hit your head.  This is just a tip for the homeowner.  My stay in this house was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, very tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The little terrace was absolutely adorable — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and we felt right at home.     Our second visit - love this cute studio ! Very friendly welcome into a super clean studio apartment with a private balcony. A great design and layout with plenty of room all around , a wardrobe, enclosed toilet and shower room, plenty of hot water, kettle, toaster, hob, microwave, pots and pans, coffee, tea sugar, everything you could need for a short stay but the studio is so well situated you have many cafes and restaurants right outside the door! We have every intention of returning again!

Lovely internal patio retaining the essence of the original palacio. Within easy walking distance of the main areas old Malaga and shops. The hosts responded quickly to our queries and let us have the apartment early as it was ready.

    The apartments are about 5mins walk from Málaga Central station, which is only a 15min train ride from the airport. We booked a studio flat which was very clean and comfortable with toiletries, a fridge, kettle and iron in the room (including a box of coffee and tea selections). The staff (Paula in particular) were also very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to friends visiting the city.
