Very comfortable and spacious new appartments, well cleaned, with free parking lot in front of the building. There is a reception at the building entrance at certain hours. We got a great value deal for our stay. The location is ideal when you travel by car and visit Potes and Picos de Europa. Exceeding our expectation. Note: there is also a cheap gas-station at 2 min. drive down the N621 to fill-up your car.

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We stayed here to approach 'Picos de Europa' and it was just perfect place. You can find good restaurants in the town most of them were full of tourists. I really enjoyed stayinf here.

This was a late booking (just a couple of days in advance). Correspondence from our host was excellent. She reassured us that the booking was all ok, she gave good directions and clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. There is a really big car park right next to the property, we got a space with no problems. Location was really good with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The small kitchen had everything you’d need including a full sized fridge and a washing machine. There was plenty of crockery and washing up facilities so nothing extra needs to be bought. All in all we would rate this 10 out of 10 and we’d definitely recommend it to others .

    Excellent modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, great location with a short flat walk into the town centre. Set back from the road with convenient parking in front of the apartment and a supermarket across the road. Friendly, helpful manager close by.

    This is a very well appointed apartment opposite an extensive supermarket with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. There were dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid etc available in the flat. There is also a washing machine. Several of us said we would quite happily live there. The garage is massive and has a high ceiling. There is power and water in the garage too. Huge terrace with an electric awning which catches the morning sun.

    A super, comfortable modern apartment, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We loved our 3 nights here and it was very convenient for 2 local supermarkets and the centre of Potes. Excellent car parking too.

    The location was great with a well stocked grocery store just across the street. I was travelling by rental motorcycle so the secure garage underneath the apartment was most appreciated. The hostess was very patient with me when I had trouble with the appliances. Highly recommend,especially if you are on a bike
