The studio apartment is well-equipped, with flat-screen TVs—one on the ground floor and another above the bed on the first floor. Good kitchen appliances are provided. The apartment is a decent size, not too big, not too small. As for the surroundings, Ayora metro station is nearby (3 minutes away), and it's a 25-minute walk to the lovely València beaches. It's not in the middle of any highly significant sights so it's quiet at night. There are bars, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets which are not packed with tourists, a win in my view.
