The flat was wonderful. It had everything we needed and a truly great location. There was tea, coffee, milk and every gadget we might require supplied. Beautiful white fluffy towels. The host had put the heating on for us so we arrived to lovely warm accommodation. Dog friendly with a small dog bed and food/water bowls. Great communication with the hosts. It really was top class!

Lovely location near the water. Quiet. Very clean and well appointed. Ample towels. Nice touches like biscuits and water upon arrival. Beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful house, I could see it was newly renovated/built. It was comfortable for the three of us, there were two double beds. There was a lot of food in the kitchen, an unopened instant coffee (sorry, I opened it, even though we brought our own 😅).

    Exceptional location Exceptional staff Exceptional hotel Excellent parking Fantastically renovated old court house right in the centre of Linlithgow Very good provision for self catering but plenty of food options nearby. Even Heated floors in bathroom there is a lift do not hauling bags up flights of stairs Very well fitted out and very comfortable made for a too short stay
