The pictures of this property do not do it justice and the apartment is so homely with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The bed is sooooo comfortable and the sofa is ideal for relaxing. Our host had provided fresh milk, tea, coffee and sugar plus many other condiments along with baked goods for breakfast, it was basically a home from home and I will definitely be returning !! We were actually booked in for three nights, originally booked in for two nights in order to go to Royal Ascot but managed to book an extra night. The station (Reading) is just a 10-15 minute walk away but we chose to get a cab due to luggage. Although not in the centre of Reading the area of Caversham is lovely with lots of lovely shops, restaurants and pubs. Naomi is a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble!!!

The Q apartment customer service is excellent and nothing short of amazing. The team is very responsive and always willing to help you where they can. The block is in central Reading making it a convenient location as a newbie in town and it’s close to ALL AMENITIES and you get familiar with the town centre quite quickly. The cleaning team that do weekly cleaning are sweet and very thorough with their cleaning. The place was always left spotless and was refreshing to come back to clean linen and fresh towels.
