the apartment was so nice, the bed very confortable, the living room and kitchen came with all amenities, even the TV had Netflix and Amazon Prime. when we arrived the table was set beautifully. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and wish I would have stayed more nights.

It was an ideal location within walking distance of the town centre, tourist attractions and restaurants. The car park was very secure and we were able to use it the entire time we were in Stratford-upon-Avon. The apartment was very comfortable, and there were clear instructions on how to use everything. Communication from the property owner was great both before and during the stay.

excellent location within walking distance of the centre of town. close to groceries and places to eat, so you can cook in the well equipped kitchen, of go for a short walk to a restaurant. very cool flat, very tidy, and well equipped kitchen. the washer/dryer was very useful for our family on that stage of our trip. the hosts are very quick with communication

The host provided great information beforehand regarding how to access the property, parking arrangements and facilities. Very friendly and massively helpful. The property has parking which is a huge bonus and is sited within easy reach of the town centre. My room “Susanna” was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean, freshly decorated and modern. The bed was very comfortable. It is possible to sit outside the room in the communal garden area which is a very pleasant place to be. I enjoyed a beer or two in the evening sun!! Guests also have access to a washing machine. I didn’t use it but it’s a great touch. Overall, I thought No. 48 Susanna was excellent value for money and a lovely place to base yourself in Stratford. Many many thanks to the host, Mark for providing an excellent experience.
