Perfect location, best of both worlds being in between the city and coast with the station literally round the corner. The property was gorgeous, exactly as the photos. Everything you could need and more. Spotless and secure. Felt very homely and would certainly stay there again. Thanks Peter.

We stayed in a studio (room 621) from 15-18 October. The check-in and check-out staff were very welcoming and efficient. We did not have breakfast as there was a very well-equipped kitchenette so we could make our own meals or go out and many eateries were just a few steps away. The room was extremely quiet so we had no problem sleeping even though the apartments are located right in the heart of everything. The room was spacious and well-equipped and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom (thank you to the excellent housekeeping staff !) with good toiletries and a fantastic shower. There was a complimentary small carton of milk in the fridge. There was washing up liquid. We did not have a car, nor did we need one. I would highly recommend this establishment and would definitely return.

The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The apartment was huge for 2 people and you had everything you needed there- kitchen was also very well equipped (including nespresso capsules and dishwasher tabs). The location was great, as it was just a 10 minute Walk from Lime Street Station and just around the corner of various restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. They even let us store our luggage until late in the evening after we’d already checked out.

    Clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Ideally located within a few minutes to the coast and a train station opposite that will take you to Liverpool in less than 20 mins. Property well equipped, lovely crisp bedding and very comfortable, the sofa bed was very comfy too which isn’t something you often find! Great communication from owners. Great to see some water and milk on arrival, plus proper Yorkshire tea and nice coffee for our enjoyment. We didn’t partake in the cereals but this was a nice surprise too!

    Wow what a lovely apartment, we had a very comfortable stay. We loved the comfy beds and kitchen, which has a fridge in it. It was lovely and peaceful too. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.😊👍

    Beautiful Victorian building although no features were left inside. Very warm and you can control the heating. Fifteen minute walk from the beach and shops. Very comfy bed and pillows. Only two flattish pillows per bed which was perfect for me but probably not for most people. Reasonable amount of equipment in the kitchen. TV easy to work and sofas quite comfy. Plenty of space for a family of 4 but a bit of a squeeze for all adults.
