Stores and restaurants are nearby, yet it is not noisy. * The apartment is very close to the beach. * The pool is clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning. A newly built apartments, all was good and everything was the same as in photos, just one moment there are no single beds in the apartments but doubles and one single foldable bed, thanks to the hosts for the good hosting, it was nice and comfortable to stay at your place.

My sister and I rented a studio for a month. Everything was consistent with the photos. The price is absolutely great for both the location and the conditions, which are really at a high level. In addition, the owner was so kind that he taped and covered the outdoor lamp (lantern) with something so that it would not shine in the window at night. Besides, due to the fact that after a month of stay we had a plan to go on a month-long trip to other regions of Georgia, the owner allowed us to leave all our things with him. I definitely recommend this place to relax.

The apartment was great and big. It's a villa within a complex. The pool was great. The hosts where very kind and did all they could to help make our stay better. Their is parking inside the yard which is very important since the complex is on the main street. The place near the black sea which is great.

We had a pleasant stay, house was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, hot and cold water was available all the time. Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. Shared kitchen, washing machine was also present, dining room had air conditioning

    This mid floor flat was right on the beach, it was spacious , had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Balcony is wonderful, you can see the sea, it’s peaceful and very pleasant. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, we were treated as if we were good friends. Parking is secure, in the property’s courtyard.
