Excellent location in a spotless clean and modern apartment. Comfortable beds with quality lines, the entire kitchen is well equipped and supplies for laundry. The minute you step out you will be in a very quiet street and after you take a 4 minute walk you will get on the central avenue of Tbilisi, with hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment - Studio flat - was a good size, clean, compact with a fridge, working Aircon, and the shower was excellent. When I arrived there was no kettle or rubbish bin but Tea - the owner/hosted- sorted that out very quickly. She even let me do a load of laundry.
